Tramnitz, who was fighting for second in the championship, loses the win and the ten points that came with it.
After what was a thrilling F3 sprint race earlier today, Tim Tramnitz, who crossed the line first, has been given a ten second time penalty post-race.
The penalty in question was given after Tramnitz failed to engage the start producer as per Article 1.6.1 of the 2025 FIA Formula 3 Technical Regulations, which states: “All cars must be built and operated in accordance with the car supplier user manual, the power unit supplier user manual, the gearbox supplier user manual and the system user manual”.
It means that Tramnitz drops out of the points and down to 18th position, with Roman Bilinski inheriting the win, and Laurens Van Hoepen moving up to third.

Other Penalties
Noel Leon and Rafael Camara were also penalised post-race.
Firstly, Leon was handed a five second penalty for his involvement in a collision between himself, Charlie Wurz and Brando Badoer. This drops him down from P8 to P19 in the final classification.
Camara’s penalty was for leaving the track and gaining and advantage during his battle with Tuka Taponen. He was awarded a ten second penalty which dropped him down from what would have been 12th (from 30!) to 25th in the end.
