While not the most exciting weekend we’ve had this season, there were still some great drives up and down the field with potential championship implications.

Qualifying

It was business as usual on Friday for Abbi Pulling, as she claimed pole position for both races, with Mya Weug qualifying second for race one and Pin second for race two

A great session for Lia Block saw her qualify a season best fourth for both races, whilst wildcard driver Ella Lloyd qualified a respectable P8 for both races.

Race 1

Pulling continued her domination in Singapore with a lights to flag victory in race 1, picking up her sixth win this season in what was a fairly quiet race.

Behind her came Maya Weug and Doriane Pin, who held onto P3 despite receiving a five second penalty for a false start, denying Lia Block her first podium in the series.

Chloe Chambers rounded out the top 5 while Ella Lloyd finished in the points with a P9 finish in her first race.

Race 2

Race 2 was a little more lively, with the Safety car being deployed after Bianca Bustamante spun on lap three.

Racing got back underway on lap five with Pulling once again in the lead ahead of the Prema pair of Weug and Pin. At the rear of the field, contact between Tina Hausmann and Bustamante sent the McLaren driver bouncing across the run-off at turn one, with Hausmann being handed a 10 second penalty for the Collision.

There was some fierce battling in the midfield with Chloe Chambers passing Carrie Schreiner for P8. But out in front, Abbi Pulling once again dominated the race to win for the seventh time this season, with Weug coming home in second after passing her teammate Pin at the start, as the Mercedes driver had to settle for third in the end.

Standings

With two more wins to her name, Abbi Pulling extends her title lead to 95 points over Doriane Pin as we head into the final two rounds of the season with the drivers championship pretty much over.

1 – Pulling 245pts

2 – Pin 150pts

3 – Weug 120pts
